Original Works of Puzzle Art!
Years ago, I got into wooden puzzles; first laser cut, and then hand-cut. Along the way, I found I *really* enjoyed abstract puzzle styles where you're not just assembling a pre-existing image, but the puzzle itself is the art.
The problem was that this style was only being done by independent artists, where each puzzle was a one-of-kind creation, deservingly fetching hundreds of dollars per puzzle! While I loved these puzzles enough to pay up, I understood a lot of other folks might also enjoy this puzzle style if it was more affordable. Having a creative background, I figured I could mix the best of both worlds, creating works of puzzle art, but utilizing laser cutting to bring the designs to life at an affordable price.
As a result, while many illustrators use paper, I craft my art as intricate wooden puzzles. Each work of art is first hand-sketched at my drafting table, before being brought to life as a premium wooden puzzle, gorgeous enough for framing, but also a delightful puzzling challenge!
